The premium-level rooms were not what I expected for 'premium,' but they were completely clean and comfortable, suitable for anyone that needs to take online calls or work from their room. The service, especially by Mr Malvin Martinez, the beverage manager, was exceptional and helpful. The location is modern, with easy access to eateries and bars, but not in a good part of town for leisure visits. The dining experience was decent, with notable homemade desserts. The facilities are adequate with a rooftop area and jacuzzi.
The hotel is situated in a good and quiet location, making it a recommendable place to stay. The service had some issues, like not listening to complaints and taking tips in advance, but the hardworking staff at the front desk were helpful. The dining experience had its ups and downs, from a complete rooftop deck with a jacuzzi to a rude and unprofessional incident on the customer's birthday morning. Overall, it's a decent option to consider.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and modern with a few minor touches needed. Despite a humid issue causing wet clothing, the room was clean and quiet with a great shower and a nice breakfast. The service was mostly great, with friendly staff resolving issues quickly, though there was a slight rudeness encountered. The location was fantastic for exploring Santo Domingo and nearby amenities. The dining experience had some hiccups but was satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a safe large enough for all our electronics. The snack from 4 to 8 pm exceeded my expectations, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. However, the dining experience left something to be desired. Overall, a great value for money.
